What is CauceOS exactly?
An AI assistant that joins your video sessions as a virtual bot and, during the conversation, transcribes in real time, alerts you about patterns you've configured, suggests questions according to your framework, and delivers a structured report when the session ends.
It does not diagnose. It does not replace your professional judgement. It is assistance.
Which platforms does it support?
- Today: Google Meet.
- Soon: Microsoft Teams (in development).
- Later: Zoom and other platforms as demand grows.
Which languages does it support?
The product is available in Spanish and English. Transcription detects the language automatically. With Bilingual plans, you enable live cross-language translation between two speakers — each sees the conversation in their own language.
Do I need to install anything?
No. You work from the browser. The bot joins your meeting when invited from the dashboard; your client just sees an additional participant with the CauceOS badge.
How do I inform the other participant?
The bot announces its presence when joining the session. Still, you must always obtain prior informed consent from the other person — that's your responsibility as the professional.
Who can see my transcripts?
Only you and the people you invite to your organization. We honour your professional confidentiality obligation: no one on our team accesses your session content, except for support explicitly requested by you and recorded in audit.
How long do you store my data?
90 days in active systems, then archived in encrypted storage. You can request full erasure at any time from Settings → Data, or by email to privacy@cauceos.com.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You keep read-only access for 30 days to export your reports and transcripts. After that, your data is archived per the retention policy.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. The Free plan includes 2 sessions per month at a maximum of 30 minutes each. No card, no commitment.
How does billing work?
We charge in USD through our payment providers. You can choose monthly or annual billing (20% annual discount). We support international cards and alternative methods depending on your region.
Is it secure?
Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access to sensitive data is role-restricted and audited. MFA is mandatory for our team. More details at /security.
What if I find a bug or a vulnerability?

How do I enable the therapeutic modality (Gottman, EFT, etc.)?
You select it during onboarding and can edit it any time from Settings → Modalities. The co-pilot will tune its live suggestions to your chosen framework.
What's the difference between Pro and Pro Bilingual?
Pro gives you transcription + co-pilot + reports in a single language. Pro Bilingual adds live cross-language translation: if your client speaks a different language than you, each sees the conversation in their own language with minimal latency.
And between Business and Business Bilingual?
Same idea as Pro vs Pro Bilingual, but for teams: shared workspace, roles, unlimited sessions, and the advanced reasoning addon available. Minimum 3 users.
