Short answer: No. Session transcriptions are private. They are never used to train or improve AI models, neither CauceOS's own nor any third party's.

Why this matters

Therapy, coaching, and HR sessions contain highly sensitive information. Using that content to train AI models, even in anonymized form, would violate the implicit professional confidentiality of those conversations. CauceOS does not do this and will not.

What does happen with your data

Audio and text processing occurs in real time, for the session in progress. That processing generates the transcription, alerts, and report. Once the session ends:

  • The audio is not stored
  • The transcription is saved encrypted in your account, accessible only by you
  • The data does not feed any model training or improvement process

When you delete your data

If you delete a session or your full account, data is removed from CauceOS systems within the timeframe established in our privacy policy. No copies are retained for AI or any other purpose.
