Post-session reports export as PDF from the sessions panel. The PDF includes the structured clinical note, full transcript with speaker diarization, and logged alerts.

How to export a report
- Open Sessions in the navigation panel
- Select the session you want to export
- Click Export report
- Choose the clinical note format (SOAP, DAP, STAR, or whichever you configured)
- Download the PDF
The generated PDF includes:
- The structured clinical note in the selected format
- The full session transcript with speaker diarization
- Any crisis alerts or signals logged during the session
- Session metadata (date, duration, platform)

Available clinical note formats
- SOAP (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan): general clinical standard
- DAP (Data, Assessment, Plan): common in mental health
- BIRP (Behavior, Intervention, Response, Plan): used in addiction programs
- STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result): for HR interviews and assessment
- Free format with customizable structure
